My beloved, beloved ESCADA.
ESCADA, which always takes me by surprise.
An eccentric light outer piece featuring a mix of leopard and zebra patterns.
I came across it in the middle of last summer and have been keeping it safe ever since.
The sleeve design is interesting; you can slip your arms through like a poncho without actually putting them in the sleeves.
It is made of a fluffy, soft material that blends robust, insulating mohair with polyamide for lightness,
making it wearable even into early spring.
There is a black lining in the same material layered under the outer layer, but it is incredibly light.
I think it looks really cool when thrown on casually, without being intimidated by the red and black color scheme or the leopard and zebra prints.
This is the second West German-made ESCADA piece I've introduced at TOTO,
and their clothes are always sharp and dedicated to the pursuit of the ultimate "enjoy fashion."
I love how they aim for that edgy, borderline look—it makes me want to wear it well.
