A blouse I've been incredibly fond of. I've finally decided to let it go.
An 80s-90s German shirt blouse.
From Haupt, a brand often seen for their cool men's shirts.
The neckline design is like an homage to a Peter Pan shirt.
As I’ve learned, the term "Peter Pan" seems to be a Japanese-specific expression,
but it refers to a design sometimes found on 50s rayon shirts where there’s a straight slit and buttons right below the collar.
Visually, this horizontal line on a shirt is just so delightful.
This one has a small stand collar with a series of buttons beneath it, and the construction, which looks like a boat neck docked with a stand collar, is incredibly intricate and wonderful.
It’s hard to put into words... but anyway, it’s a garment that turned a brilliant idea into reality!
I'd want to buy a hundred of these if I could. Haha.
Of course, I want it for myself so badly it makes me want to cry, but I’m even happier to be able to offer such a unique vintage piece. That’s what I tell myself to keep going. Haha.
The khaki and off-white color scheme and the pattern are fantastic. It’s the best. Everything about it is wonderful.
There is a slight stain on the back, but it’s at a level that doesn't bother me at all given how great it is. Please check the condition description below and the photos.
I’d like to tuck it into my favorite pair of cool trousers and wear it simply.
It feels like it would make for a simple yet posture-straightening, favorite outfit.
