The neckline cut is eye-catching,
a sophisticated stand-collar sleeveless top with a beautiful silhouette.
It is undeniably cute.
And as a wonderful surprise, it features an old "Made in France" tag.
Tops with such impactful designs that look great on their own or as an inner layer
are hard to come by in vintage and second-hand clothing,
so although it's subtle, I was incredibly excited to find it.
The fabric, which has an elegant shimmer, is blended with
high-quality metallic thread from the British company Lurex.
Usually, metallic fabrics are itchy and unsuitable for clothing worn directly against the skin,
but this piece has a fluffy, soft feel and is not bothersome at all. The comfort is superb.
There is no unpleasant stretching of the fabric or snags, and the condition shows no signs of age.
