A vintage sheer blouse from France.
I sourced it in Paris early this spring and have been waiting for summer to arrive so it can finally have its moment.
It’s not quite "transparent," but it’s a pale blue as clear as water.
The fabric is a slightly crisp sheer material with a dainty white floral print that is oh-so-French.
Above all, the placement of the glass buttons is delightful. I love how the clear glass buttons look so cool and refreshing; they are the perfect match for this fabric.
Even the puff sleeves, which spread softly over the shoulders, feel just the right amount of voluminous—perhaps because of the sheer material.
The slightly unusual sleeve length actually ends up looking cute, too. I wonder if it was designed that way. Haha.
It’s a size 42, which is quite roomy, so please enjoy layering it over various outfits to play with the transparency :)
