An incredibly lovely handmade embroidered skirt.
I searched quite a bit but couldn't find any details; it might be from a certain ethnic group in Iran...? (If anyone happens to know, please do let me know.)
It features a design pattern I have never seen before, with various fabrics and embroidery in horizontal stripes, and the unique color palette is simply irresistible.
The lining is also stylish, with red stitching used to sew the outer embroidery onto the black base, which really stands out. Both sides have their own completely different appeal.
Both the waist and length are on the larger side, but I was able to just wrap it around to my preferred length.
When taking the photos, I wrapped it about 3-4 times, and it felt very natural and looked great. In fact, having the lining show where it's wrapped is quite cute.
It is made of a sturdy fabric with many ribbons and fabric threads sewn onto it, so you can enjoy wearing it thoroughly through the coming cold season.
With a waist of about 30 inches, this is a unisex piece.
