It's made in India, and I really love fabrics made in India. Especially the lightweight ones for spring and summer. I think it's because it's a hot country, but they really make such good fabrics, not just with Indian cotton.
You can also leave the buttons open and wear it loose as a shirt jacket.
It's actually rare to find a blouse that looks this good worn open.
I'm wearing a tank top underneath, but you could also wear a thin knit inside during colder weather.
