This is a leather tank top from LOUIS, a motorcycle manufacturer with a long history in Germany.
Founded in the 1930s, they initially sold motorcycles, but gradually expanded into manufacturing apparel and gear, and remain an active brand today.
The front belt allows for three levels of adjustment. Although labeled size 38, it has a fairly generous fit and can accommodate up to a size L.
Layering it over a shirt or turtleneck changes the vibe. When worn alone, it's a cropped length that reveals the midriff.
I’ve included a photo at the end of the founder wearing 1930s German motorcycle gear, which I thought was really cool. Haha.
