It comes in a deep dark brown with a crisp, sporty material.
The front features two pockets; the water-resistant zip pocket on the right chest has a divider in the middle, creating a two-layer structure that opens and closes with a double zip.
There are also four large pockets on the inside. The large pouch at the left hem has a drawcord that, when tightened, changes the shape of the left hem only.
The hood is integrated and can be stowed inside the collar, and the hood itself can be adjusted for a better fit around the head using the drawcords on both sides.
It has a mesh lining, giving it a real raincoat feel.
The condition is truly excellent; it’s wonderful. When dealing with tech wear from over 20 years ago that uses such cutting-edge fabrics of the time, inferior pieces often show damage—lining crumbling away, dead drawcords, or split zips—but this one is in truly perfect condition. There is only the slightest bit of peeling on the tape along the inner seams, which is unavoidable with use, so it is nothing to worry about.
Beyond the rough specifications, there is an incredible amount of intricate detail that you wouldn't believe—so much that I can't even write it all down.
Their research-driven approach to craftsmanship—exploring fabrics, materials, and environmental considerations—puts them in the same league as Italy’s Massimo Osti, whom we revere. In France, I believe these two are the ones who stand at that level.
As a brand we hold in such high regard, I am sure you are aware that their archive pieces have reached price points that are simply out of reach.
This is a piece from a niche label called ACTLIVE that I’ve never seen before. While I couldn't trace its origins or full details, it appears they made clothes for geeks that fused sports and streetwear.
It uses Vislon zippers, so I estimate it dates from the late 90s to 2000.
The size is marked around XXL, but it doesn't look surprisingly baggy; it fits a wide range of body types as a unisex piece. There is still plenty of room even if you wear a thick knit underneath, making it more than sufficient as a winter outer layer.
This is an item that has been and will continue to be difficult to find. Don't miss this opportunity.
