A beautiful glass bowl/ashtray from 1960s-70s Czechoslovakia.
With its uneven curves and colored, thick glass,
this beautiful object displays various expressions depending on the viewing angle and the way light hits it.
This bowl is based in a pale green with a subtle hint of light pinkish-brown, so faint it is barely visible even in photos, making it truly lovely.
Its slightly rounded form and generous capacity make it perfect for holding candies or similar items.
Occasionally, even professional antique shops mistakenly label these as Italian Murano glass,
but this is undeniably Czechoslovakian glass art.
In addition to holding small items like keys or accessories, or serving as a candy dish, it radiates a wonderful aura simply by being displayed.
For the first time in over half a year, I have managed to acquire a collection of Czech glass, which I am releasing all at once.
Bohemian glass is becoming harder to find with each passing year; it is an important piece of Czech history that should be cherished.
