This is a Therma-FIT garment from my favorite line, ACG.
It features a double-layered microfiber fleece construction.
Because it retains your body heat, it is an excellent piece that provides great thermal insulation while remaining lightweight.
Since it's a size S, it has a fairly snug fit, making it a truly great base layer for the winter.
It comes with thumbholes, and the front pocket has zippers on both sides.
You can easily handle midwinter weather just by wearing this over a T-shirt and adding a down jacket.
The underarms feature mesh ventilation.
It was just casually sitting on a rack at a sports store, but early 2000s NIKE really is something else.
I love fashion-forward clothing, but technical gear designed with the wearer and functionality in mind is also wonderful!
