West German military training shoes manufactured in the 70s and 80s.
What we call German Trainers.
This navy version was for outdoor use, while the white version was for indoor use.
It's safe to interpret these as the outdoor model.
Because of that, pairs in good condition are rare, and we truly haven't seen them around lately.
They've always been harder to find than the white ones, but now even more so!!
Most of what we find have severely degraded soles, and even if we find a pair, the soles often crack when bent, so we rarely get the chance to buy them for the shop. We're happy to have these. Haha.
