I was immediately struck by its massive first impression and powerful presence.
When I was told it was a Scandinavian designer piece made of pewter, my heart rate went up.
It appears to be from around the 70s or 80s, and while it has some lettering and hallmarks, I haven't been able to identify the details.
In any case, I am always amazed by how sensitive and expressive Scandinavian designers are. It feels like a rocky surface, or perhaps like water.
I am also drawn to the fact that it is a material other than silver. I want more of these.
Since TIN is pure pewter, it is a metal that rarely causes skin issues, but I recommend wiping off sweat frequently and giving it a dry wipe with a soft cloth after use.
