A 2004 Spring/Summer C.P. Company 5-pocket linen pant.
I hunted this down in Italy a while ago, and when I realized what a high-quality pair of linen pants it was, I was surprised to find it was C.P. Company.
It has that light, fluttering feel in the wind, and it's a tough, high-quality fabric.
It's slightly crisp, high-quality linen.
And most of all, the silhouette is excellent. I also love that there is absolutely no C.P. Company branding visible.
The length was long, so I was worried about how the hem would look when worn, but once I put them on, the way the fabric pooled at the hem was fantastic.
It really made me think, "Wow, this brand is truly wonderful."
I think the beauty of C.P. Company is that it looks ordinary at first glance but feels amazing once you put it on—something only the wearer truly understands. Haha.
I've actually been collecting them and wear them frequently, and that's how I feel!
Especially with the pants, not just the tops. Haha.
I went on a bit of a tangent, but it’s one of those pairs that looks plain, but once you put it on, you’ll think, "Wow, this is great."
