While you often see silver bangles with designs like this, the appeal of this one lies in the fact that it has absolutely no engravings or decorations. (The plate sections are quite often engraved with something.) It's a universal design that feels just right with any outfit and any mood, making you want to wear it out of habit every day.
Also, since 925 silver is soft and easy to bend, it can comfortably fit the wrists of most people, whether men or women. Don't be afraid to pull it open firmly when taking it off. Women should squeeze it snugly to fit their wrists so it doesn't fall off.
The hallmark is also simple, just "925," and while the exact place of production is unknown, I found it at a flea market in Prague, so I suspect it is likely from Italy.
As an aside, it seems that quite a lot of Italian goods end up at flea markets in Prague. Personally, I think Italy's silver market is truly magnificent within Europe.
