Swedish Army M59 field coat with boa liner.

It's been a while since I've seen one of these Swedish military pieces!

It's in perfect condition with the liner included. I'm so happy about that.

This coat is honestly so warm. Haha.

The outer shell is made of a soft yet durable cotton material; it has two large pockets on the front and is a lovely green color, which is super cute.

And the lining... it has such a presence that it’s like, "Are you the main character here?" Haha.

The lining can be worn on either the cotton side or the boa side, and both are cute.

That makes this jacket a 4-way piece. Haha.

The shell feels light and easy to throw on, and while the liner is quite heavy, it doesn't make your shoulders ache—it just feels like you're wearing a proper outer layer, so don't worry about that. Haha.

The shell has buttons to attach the liner, and since the liner is so voluminous, I was curious how it would look worn together, but it actually didn't look bulky and had a great silhouette. (See photos 21-24 for reference.)

I'll say it for the second time, but it's just incredibly warm. Haha.

While I'm emphasizing how warm it is, the design is also simple and cool.

Because the material is military-issue, it's durable and high-quality; that's a common trait of military gear that I personally love, especially how they invest in quality like that. Haha.

In particular, because Sweden hasn't been involved in wars historically, many of these are in great condition, which is something I like as well, as it means it can be worn cleanly and fits this design.

I've been in Europe for two years now, and this is the first time I've been able to source a complete set. I have a feeling these are going to get really hard to find in the future, so in that sense, I highly recommend this piece.

I just flat-out recommend this for both men and women.
