Regarding the condition, there are no issues with wearing it or its appearance, but there is some fraying damage at the seam where the netting meets the brim.
It's to an extent that you wouldn't notice once you have it on, and I don't think it would bother you while wearing this hat, but please take a look at all the photos before purchasing.
