It looks old-fashioned, but I don't think it's as old as it appears.
It’s a straightforward, masculine jacket, and it’s just so cool.
The fabric is vintage French linen canvas, and since the buttons aren't that old, I suspect it's from the 60s or later.
It's quite a thick linen canvas and in such good condition that it’s still a bit stiff.
I have no doubt that as you wear it, it will soften, conform to your body, develop wrinkles at stress points, and gradually become even more rugged and stylish.
With its shawl collar and two small waist pockets, combined with this fabric, it has an incredible presence.
It looks even better in person than it does in the photos.
Personally, I really love that it has a button on the collar that allows you to close it into a smaller shawl collar. Haha
For some reason, I’m drawn to that small shawl look. Haha
Wear it hard; it’s exceptionally stylish.
