Faded gray leather pants.
These are seriously cool, I mean it!
A thick, rugged silhouette. They have two properly sized pockets at the waist. They’re quite deep and feel great.
It’s the perfect silhouette to call leather slacks.
I suspect they are from around the 50s-60s, likely for work wear. They have an old, tonal cotton lining, and judging by the texture of that fabric and the buttons, that’s my best guess.
As for the size, there are no belt loops, but you can adjust them at the back.
If you tighten them to the limit, they shrink down to a W31.
At their default, they are a W35.
Also, when I wear pants like these, I often use suspenders.
What I usually do this time of year is wear suspenders over an undershirt to hold the pants up, then wear a hoodie or a long-sleeve tee over that.
Since the suspenders are hidden, I like the clean look, and it keeps the silhouette of the pants looking better than if you were to cinch them tight, so I highly recommend it.
The leather itself isn't thick; it's soft.
They are easier to wear than you'd imagine, and apart from the lack of belt loops, I think they’re a perfect pair.
These are truly cool; I’d love to wear leather pants like these.
