Surprisingly, this is our first time stocking East German military training jersey jackets. These are on the larger side with no shrinkage!
Dating from around the 70s-80s, this brown color with the sleeve stripes is very distinctive and cool.
Personally, I really like the zipper. Haha.
It has a great presence and a cool, lean aesthetic.
In the past, whenever I came across these, they were usually too small or in poor condition, so I always passed on them. But this time, I picked them up because they are larger sizes in excellent condition.
I didn't think much of them back in the day, but looking at them now and wearing them, I realize how cool they actually are.
It’s amazing to think that these are 40 to 50 years old now, isn't it?
You rarely find this colorway with brands like Adidas, and that’s another thing that draws me to them.
After seeing them, wearing them, and photographing them for the first time in a while, I’m reminded of what a great garment this is.
There is no material tag, but it is a polyester jersey fabric. It’s nicely textured and has a good weight (not too thick), with stress-free elasticity.
Truly a superb jersey. Haha.
