Vintage German leather work shirt jacket

An impossibly cool leather shirt.

Or perhaps more of a shirt-jacket.

This is my first time seeing this jacket, and based on my years of buying experience, I can say with confidence that it is an exceptionally rare find. It's almost too modern for a vintage piece. Haha.

I’m captivated by its clean appearance, which feels like brand-new clothing.

First of all, the silhouette is beautiful; the forward-pitch sleeves and the way the shoulders sit are perfect.

The hem is box-cut with an ideal sizing that isn’t too oversized.

The leather quality is supple and soft, with a weight that isn't too thick—everything about it is perfect.

The condition is also outstanding. The front buttons, except for the top one, are hidden behind a placket, and I just love that stripped-back, minimalist look.

There is one large pocket on the inside, and the stitching visible on the front adds a subtle touch of design to its otherwise simple appearance.

It’s honestly just so cool. Haha.

You can wear it as an outer layer for the upcoming season, layer it over a thicker knit or hoodie in early autumn, or wear it under a coat in midwinter—it's versatile enough for all kinds of styling.

I love this piece so much I almost don't want to sell it.
