Before I knew it, years had passed since I'd been saving this favorite handmade skirt, reluctant to wear it.
It's a fabric with a lovely color and pattern—an autumnal tone of orange and Bordeaux.
The pencil silhouette hits below the knee on our 167cm model.
The fabric-covered buttons where the slit meets are adorable.
It is fully lined from the waist to the hem, likely in acetate or viscose.
As for the main fabric, it's hard to pinpoint exactly what it is. I'm certain it’s a synthetic blend with cotton or wool, but it is thin. It can easily be worn in early spring as well.
It closes with a side zip and hook.
On a personal note, I have a complex about having incredibly thick thighs, and while I love shorter skirts, I've always been hesitant to wear them. lol
However, this skirt has the perfect below-the-knee length, which hides the thickest part perfectly and made it very comfortable to wear.
