A rare keychain featuring Hermes' iconic Chaîne d'Ancre design.
It consists of a three-link Chaîne d'Ancre chain with an oval hook clasp on one end and a T-bar toggle on the other.
The quality of each individual part and the way it is assembled—this is true Hermes. It is simply impeccable.
I was particularly moved by the design of the locking clasp. It is so simple yet so robust!
The thickness of the parts is exquisite; anything thicker would be clunky, and anything thinner would feel fragile, but this balance is perfect.

but it is no longer in production, making it a vintage-only find.

There is a screw on the connecting part of the clasp; you can pull the round part to detach and open one side.
When using it as a keychain to hold keys, we recommend adding a separate jump ring.
It bears a French maker's mark and a stamp indicating 800 silver; these markings and materials are common in the 70s. While we cannot pinpoint the exact date, there is no doubt it is a vintage piece from the 70s to 90s.
