There's just something cool about how old jeans fade.
Also, this particular pair has the distinct leg twist typical of vintage jeans.
The fit is great—there’s nothing cooler than wearing vintage pants that fit just right.
We wear vintage jeans—not just Levi's—every day, and they just look cool, period. This specific pair is a vintage Levi's with selvedge and a straight-leg cut.
The fading is incredibly good; the photos were taken in natural light.
There are two types of 66 models, divided into "Early" and "Late." An easy way to tell them apart is the stitching on the back of the back pockets—single stitch versus chain stitch. This is a chain stitch, so it's a Late type. I mentioned two types, but there’s an even older version of the Early model called the "Big E," where the 'E' is capitalized.
If I keep writing, it’ll get too long, so if you're interested, please try looking it up—there are plenty of articles out there that explain it in more detail and more clearly than I can.
It’s often said that this Late model fades more unevenly compared to the Early model, but that's just a generalization; I personally believe the fade depends on how they were worn and the sizing.
Judging by the fading on this pair, I’d say they were likely worn with a pretty snug fit.
That way of wearing jeans is so cool; I mean, they’re "vintage" now, but back then, they were just jeans, right? Haha.
I’ve seen countless pairs of jeans, but the old ones are truly in a league of their own.
The character and the indigo color are superb.

Condition - No issues. There is fading and a stain on the knee, but otherwise, it is in beautiful condition. It's in a state where you can wear it hard and tough. Awesome!
