I have lightly polished it once with a silver cloth. Personally, I prefer the dull luster of vintage silver, so I didn't polish it to a high shine, but please feel free to care for it to your preference. A silver polishing cloth from a 100-yen shop will be more than enough to make it shine.
Normally, you can keep it clean by wiping it with a soft cloth after wearing it.
