I believe the material is a blend of wool and acrylic. It is not overly itchy and I find it gentle on the skin. I have sensitive skin myself, and I can use it stress-free without any irritation.
In fact, we use them ourselves at home on the sofa and in the car; they are very warm and lightweight, making them quite convenient.
Plus, they are simply cute. They kind of lift your spirits. Haha.
